X-net Weirdness

Well, I checked into X-net (Exeter university forums) after about 6 months not bothering (last september it told me).

I find a sticky at the top of Random Silliness author=RaVensWyrD (and I know I’ve got the capitals in the wrong place).

So very, very strange. I like having Laurence modding the forums, stuff gets done.

    Precisely how did I get to 1300+ posts when I was only just over a thousand when I left? Have my posts multiplied in my absence?

  2. I have no idea; most people have been complaining their post count has gone down. Laurence deleted several Word Association thread.

    I reckon you had that many, but your memory is fading in your old age ;-)

  4. Which one? I seem to meet many of them.

    Incidentally, rock night at Volts on Wednesday, free entry. The booked professional DJ is a friend of mine (from primary school would you believe?). Mr Mapp may also be playing some stuff.

    I plan to make it up just because it’s a reasonalbe venue and they’re not quite getting enough people to keep it going.

    Meh, time to go shopping at Tesco, me hungry…

    Student-wise, it was Dot, of course. I was working in my capacity for DRC, and hiding from my charge, the scary berzerker known as Amanda, behind some conveniently-placed freshers.
