Having followed a random link from somewhere, I got to (http://www.inkycircus.com), which is just, well, very cool. Three female science journalists living in London and blogging about science and their start up. Random links to very cool science stories all over the place and other random amusements. Plus, they like Firefly. What’s not to love? A thing about office space and WiFi hotspots here:

Oh yeah; after another night of insomnia, I now leave you all and head back tot he office, for my first half (plus) day of Xmas cover; it’s important I don’t tell anyone we’re closed. It just happens that everyone is on holiday for two weeks at the same time. Marketing people. Aren’t they great?

That would be hard, I’m in the office. If I can’t solve insomnia by trying to sleep, I’ll solve it by forcing the body to keep going then getting an early night tonight.
Which I tried last week to no avail. I’m doomed; I don’t think it’s insomnia, I think it’s a completely non-functioning bodyclock.
Anyway, subscribe to, definately worth the read. Mark *should* love it given it’s similar to boing boing but more techy.

Maybe some herbal something or other might help? Something to make you think it’s time to go to bed.
You just have to condition your body and tell it that midnight (or whenever) is bedtime and try not to let your brain keep your body from going to sleep.
Also, eating properly should help, make sure you get your 5 fruit and veg a day.
Keep going till hometime, not too long to go now

Email sent, but the republishing all is your choice, not LJ, an LF feed is more obvious, but a bloglines account, or any other feed aggregator, does exactly the same thing.
I recommend switching to a partial feed, but then, I recommend everyone does that.
