I mentioned the Flying Rhinos of Dortmund in the last post, but a quick google gives me results. Apparently, it’s the symbol of the Dortmund concert hall. And, um, guys? It appears that there are hundreds of the buggers. Is that cool, or very very scary? Crazy people of Dortmund.
Next: is doing sponsored stuff for Children in Need. Specifically, for every different person that comments on this post, her friend Joe will donate ten English pence. At this precide moment, she’s got 375 different people. Now, you know what to do, right. do it. Addenda: I’m going to Friday, so no Puggsy for me. Oh, woes!!1! Yeah, right, the only thing Children in Need has ever done of any good as a TV presentation involved Dr Who, and that was of dubious quality. Good cause, bad TV. No, I’m not doing anything this year. I took my clothes off on stage for a bad Rocky Horror rip-off when I was about 17, that was scary enough thank you very much.
Also, how on earth did I mess a few?
You are 81% English.
You are either native and stupid, or you are foreign and knowledgeable.
“And did those feet
In ancient times,
Walk upon England’s mountains green?
And was the holy Lamb of God
In England’s pleasant pastures seen?”
Well, no, but it’s a cracking good tune.
How English are you?

Oh dear. I wonder why that is. What?? Land of our Fathers (or if I’m going to be a snobby Welsh,’Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau’) would make a GREAT alternative English anthem!!
Gwlad, gwlad, pleidiol wyf i’m gwlad, tra mor yn fur i’r bur hoff bau, o bydded i’r hen iaith barhau!! ♪ It has a certain charm to it, doesn’t it?
P.S cheers for the plug! Joe is going to be SO poor.

Having spent the weekend in a country where the language makes sense and I can mostly understand it? No, it doesn’t, Welsh is weird.
Still, 53%. You weren’t even trying were you.

If you still want *1* ticket for the Now Show recording, it looks like I will have one spare, but you’d have to meet me there to grab it… email me (lj email works) if you are interested.

I thank you, but had a friend who had a spare, so it appears I’m sorted.
Much appreciated offer though.

You went to an English school? Surely they made you go watch the boys school play cricket at least once?
I hate playing cricket, but could easily understand the appeal of going to watch it. Three or four days in a deckchair reading a paper pretending to be interested? Sounds good to me.
Anyway, you girl, are, once again, interent famous. Only this time you’re on places that I read a lot. gave you an entire post to yourself, with bolded link. I don’t recall him ever doing a single link in a post before.
Um given it’s over £120 now, if Joe needs a little assist with the cash, I’m sure we can work something out. It’s damned cool though.

Eh. I played cricket once but they never made us watch. We didn’t really care about boys school sports.
Hahaha, once again? When I was ever internet famous? But dude, I never expected it to be like this. Everyone’s saying that it’s being pimped all over their flist and stuff.
It’s way over 1,300 comments now. I seriously doubt Joe’ll fork out that much. Good thing I got more sponsors, eh?
